Excellent apartments made all the better by the amazing service from Nadia and Ronnie. Food was nice, but it was Nadia and Ronnie who drew us back for dinner. The location of the apartments was OK - 5 minutes walk to lifts. We hired lockers which helped. Apartments are basic but clean and warm. We had some issues with hot water but they were resolved once we told reception. Beware - breakfast is very expensive. There are bakeries near by and a small kitchen in apartment.

Excellent apartments, clean, well appointed. Great location for the lifts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the best part was the Resturaunt, and amazing selection of Austrian and Asian dishes, super cooked and presented. We wouldn’t normally eat in a hotel 3 times, but it was so good we kept coming back Hosted by the amazing Ronny and Nadia, who were the highlight of the trip. Welcoming, funny and knowledgeable made every visit a joy.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment in the towncenter. Great place to stay and friendly staff to help you around. Also a nice and clean sauna that you can book via the reception and it is included in the price of the apartment. Next year we will be returning to an apartment with own private sauna.

A fresh, clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The location is very central with easy access to restaurants, ski bus & supermarket. We couldn’t fault our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fantastic standard of accommodation! Great location for gondola to Kitzeinhorn glacier and restaurants etc. supermarket across the road. Huge sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms both with en-suites, one with a private sauna! Perfect for after a day on the slopes. A large kitchen/diner/sitting room in between the bedrooms so plenty of space for a family. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Everything you could possibly want/need. Highly recommend!

This hotel is the perfect location for the whole Zell am see, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area. Kaprun itself is a beautiful small town with plenty of good restaurants. We come every year to Kaprun and this is our second stay in the Orgler, it is great value, the rooms are very good size, modern and clean. They also have nice balcony areas. There is also a large boot and ski store room. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly we will definitely be staying again.

这个度假村地理位置绝佳，公寓装修精美，空间宽敞（我们住的是7人公寓）。所有生活所需一应俱全。从度假村步行即可到达电梯和滑雪场，而且地处市中心，周围遍布餐厅。度假村内也有一家餐厅，味道也很棒。总之，我们在这里度过了一个美好的假期。这是我们第二次入住，下次再来卡普伦时，我们一定会再次选择这里。
