I’ve tried different Bonvoy hotels in the North Dallas area and at some point late last year I found Four Points Plano. Out of all the hotels I stay at in the Central US, by far this one is my favorite. Clean, comfortable and always accommodating. When my coworkers ask where to stay when visiting here for business, I steer them this way to FPP. It’s my home away from home!

Great place. Clean, quiet and very convinient for my business travels. I have recommended it to all my business associates visiting Dallas. I plan on on staying again at the Four Points Planco next time I visit Dallas.

I stayed for several nights and found this to be a decent hotel. Restaurants and shopping are short drives away. My room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. I've stayed at several hotels in Plano over the years. This is the first one where room windows are taped over. I think the purpose is to keep the rooms cool, but I've never seen it done at other hotels nearby. My room was always completely dark. This hotel has a couple of Tesla chargers. It would be nice to offer charging for other EV's. DFW car rental companies are renting out a lot of non-Tesla EV's these days. The Cambria hotel nearby offers charging for all EV types, for example.

Was in town for a quick JCP visit. Hotel is close and convenient. They have a decent buffet type breakfast and coffee. Room is large and the internet works well. I was able to send packages ahead and they were easily retrieve which I appreciate. Ignored my on-line request for a room close to the elevator on a high floor for some reason, but it wasn't an issue for this visit. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff.

Very nice staff, ample parking, the room was nice and the location was exactly where we needed it to be. My only complaint is the overwhelming perfume room scent piped into the lobby/whole first floor. It was way too strong. With my asthma and sinus allergies I had to hold my breath and run from the elevator to the door every time. It was unnecessarily too strong. But otherwise I nice stay.

I got a great rate, loved the location and the staff, and felt safe on the premises while traveling alone. Loved that the a/c worked and that there was overhead lighting in my king suite! That’s so rare!! Thanks, Sheraton/Marriott!

Was recently/currently being remodeled from La Quinta to Four Points. Things are updated but the people making installments are doing a poor job! There are small boxes of equipment left in the rooms as if the crew will be back to finish installing things. The drapes in my room have slits in them clearly from a box cutter. The owner should be made aware that they are spending all this money to rebrand to a Marriott and the crew hired to do the cosmetic changes are doing a poor job. There are lamps in my room, one with a bright white light and one with a bronze glow. There are only 2 nightstand lamps and one on the desk. Lighting in the rooms is for anyone looking for a dim-lit "romantic" atmosphere. I rated the hotel "very good" because overall the hotel looks great. But there are things that need to be brought to the attention of the owner/management; like maybe adding a floor lamp to the rooms would add more light and to walk the rooms and look at the "damage" caused by the crew working the re-branding standards and instruct them to be more careful when opening packages and to not damage the inventory.

This location is off the main road and behind a dance studio, so it was very quiet. The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean. No free breakfast here, though the bacon smelled great. For those stays where we need a breakfast, we will look elsewhere, but for this stay we didn't need breakfast and we were quite happy.

I am a Marriott Titanium Member (209 Nights), almost Ambassador status. Checked In to Four Points 6/24/23 thru 7/8/23. Worst stay ever. Cigarette Smoke filling our room in the day hours. Dope Smoke filling our room at and after Midnight into the A.M. hours. Right now it is approx. 12:46 A.M., on this 13th Night of our usual long term stay, the first round of very bad smelling smoke of Rotten Eggs and WET (**** soaked in formaldehyde) has filled our room. Plano Texas has an Ordnance that is not followed and ignored constantly by this hotel. 1. The rooms has nothing in them to indicate to the Guest this is a nonsmoking hotel room in Plano Texas. 2. The hotel staff do not want to confront the violators when you tell them it is a problem. the get mad at you and placate you. 3. I notice from this hotel and other Marriott hotels the practice of the hotel clerks putting other long term stay guest around a guest on purpose, who do not smoke and who complains about dope and cig smoke infiltrating their room. I am really worried about my lungs health after such a long exposure to smoke. I would find other options if I could.

If you’re looking for some thing that is very luxurious and feels like you’re in a five-star hotel this is the place to come to. I enjoyed every second of my stay from the customer service at the front desk to my hotel room. It is so worthwhile you will not be disappointed. And it is close to everything restaurants shopping grocery stores which makes it an ideal location. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so.
