我在这里住了一晚。房东要收电费。尽管我预订了四天，但每天只允许我使用10.25千瓦时，之后才开始按千瓦时计费。这点电连冰箱都用不了。公寓本身很干净，但整栋楼都很破旧，看起来像个城市贫民窟。到处都是垃圾和猫。千万别来这里。
