The unit above me had kids and you could hear them running back and forth until the went to bed. My suggestion would be if you know kids are going to be in a room place them on the ground level. Also, my room was located next to the emergency staircase, every time someone accessed it and when the door closed it slammed and was very loud. I suggest the door closure needs to be adjusted. In addtion, most the the door handles in the staircase were in appearance broken. This should be addressed as a safety issuse. Finally, Im not a frequent traveler but when i went to adjust the HVAC unit and opened the access door on the unit to adust the temperature it just said on. To save multiple calls to the front desk, place a sticker indicating to adjust use thermostat on the wall.

I could hear the children runnning across the floor above me. Maybe if is known kids will be staying the ground level maybe best for their stay. Also, i was located next to the staircase exit door and everytime it was used it slammed closed and was very loud. I believe the closure needs to be adjusted to allow for the door to close slowly which will not be heard. In addition, serveral exit door handles appears to be broken. That could be a safety issue.

I needed a place to stay for a night after an event in the vicinity, and I got it. The property is in an industrial zone on the edge of town, so I'm glad I researched the locations of the things I needed (e.g., convenience stores) so I could find them readily after dark.

We booked an accessible room paying more for a walk in shower since I have leg issues. We did not receive that but got a hearing accessible room. We were told that we didn't book the correct room but when we showed them the picture on the website we were told they use the same pictures in all the room descriptions. We were offered "ice cream and water" to compensate us. It didn't help me get in the shower. There also was no sofa or recliner in the room. But a lot of empty space where on should have been. I sometimes have to sleep upright to relieve leg pain at night. This stay was not as advertised and no amount of ice cream would make it right.

I will never book a candlewood hotel again and will warn my friends not to so either.,

Very clean room. Enjoyed a great night's sleep on their bed. The staff was very service oriented. Even came to room to show us that the HVAC unit was actually controlled by a thermostat not by the controls on the unit.

Great stay!

The stay was amazing and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful as it was our first time in the area! Hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of parking too! The only issue we had was room service didn’t come back at all during our three day stay but it honestly didn’t bother us that much as we really didn’t run out of stuff until our stay was over. Rooms were full of dishes and silverware if we needed them. Overall, great time because of the great stay!
