入住的第一间房间没有打扫 换了第二间空调恼人 被褥有血渍 front desk只换房间甚至没有表示抱歉 第二天没有客房服务 也拒绝在同房间服务原因是没有客房服务人员 换了第三间才正常 投诉后表示免停车费 check out时 如果没看 就正常给我扣两天。 衷心奉劝每一个到这座城市旅行的同胞绕行这家酒店 从来没住过管理这么糟糕的酒店 我如果是携程我就直接把这酒店给下架了
不错，但是……
酒店不错。屋顶酒吧很不错，可以欣赏到辛辛那提天际线的壮丽景色。考虑到每晚的房费，每晚45美元的代客停车费实在不划算。酒店就在大美国棒球场对面，所以如果你要去看红人队的比赛，这里非常方便。酒店需要提供客房服务，因为屋顶酒吧区会有厨房，而且营业到很晚。
不错，但是……
酒店本身，包括我们的房间都很棒，员工也很棒。不建议住在面向体育场的一侧。那里有一块巨大的视频广告牌，24/7全天候播放广告，明亮的LED灯光整晚都会从体育场反射到你的房间里。即使拉上窗帘，房间边缘仍然有明亮的灯光照进来。只要我们的房间不靠近体育场，我们很乐意再次入住这里。另外，外面一直到凌晨3点左右都很吵。可以接受，但最好选择远离街道的房间。
辛辛那提银行区 AC 万豪酒店
位置太棒了！我们去那里是为了看费城人队对阵红人队的比赛，酒店就在街对面。我建议改进的地方有：1. 酒店增设餐厅；2. 大堂提供免费咖啡/茶/饮水机；3. 每晚房价包含免费欧陆式早餐；4. 浴缸里放个橡胶浴垫！太滑了！！
太棒了
这家酒店太棒了。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。从酒店酒吧、早餐区到现代化的客房，AC 酒店应有尽有。此外，它紧邻大美利坚棒球场，位于*****，周围餐厅和酒吧众多。我一定会再次入住。
之前住过，房间看起来很脏，浴室台面和桌子都很脏，感觉很不干净。我们从代客泊车处取车回来时，发现乘客座位和仪表盘上到处都是白色的灰烬。我出发前已经仔细检查过我的车了，所以这真的让我很不爽。
很棒的酒店，离棒球场也很近。员工很棒；每个人都热情地微笑着迎接我们，并向我们问好。
我们来这里是为了看红人队/勇士队的比赛，我们很喜欢带阳台的房间。床很舒服，房间超级干净，淋浴也很棒等等。我们的预订包含早餐——虽然不是很普通，但味道不错，咖啡也很好喝。
停车只能代客泊车；停车团队很棒。入住手续是Deante（我不确定拼写对不对），他非常热情友好，给了我们所有需要的信息。
我们下次来这里还会住在这里！
这家酒店太棒了！我住得非常开心，绝对会再来的。工作人员都非常乐于助人，而且服务周到。房间非常干净。健身房很棒，地理位置优越，对面就是美丽的花园，可以沿着河边散步，欣赏迷人的景色，附近还有很棒的餐饮选择。唯一不足的是休息室的食物不够好。菜单选择太少了。除此之外，一切都很棒，物超所值。
酒店还不错，也很干净。但是，员工/经理玛丽贝丝的服务态度极其恶劣。在屋顶酒吧关门前15分钟，她挨桌走动，大声嚷嚷着“你们现在必须离开我的酒吧！”她对好几个人都摆出一副不耐烦的样子，当有人站起来指出她有多么无礼时，她竟然冲着那人吼！真是太不专业了！

夜生活非常丰富
如果孟加拉虎队或红人队在城里，去那里会很困难，但一旦找到位置，就非常方便了。由于交通拥堵，设施有点“破旧”，但总体来说，对于我们这次的家庭旅行来说还不错。屋顶酒吧可以欣赏到美丽的河景。
