First room had no TV remote and one was given by desk attendant but it didn't work. Was relocated to another room with a nice view; mattress was still uncomfortable. No breakfast but room had a kitchenette. Check-in attendant was a bit rude and the checkout attendant was so friendly.

Good basic accommodations
Friendly staff and guests. The property abuts the sound and there are beautiful views from dockside cabana. Very good location.

Room was clean, refrigerator was clean inside, however it was dated and stained and gross looking on the outside. Bedspread was thin, pillows small for bed. AC worked, but no used. No pets the room needs painting especially woodwork. Bathroom needs updating and painting.

The property is decent. The room we had could use some maintenance. The trim molding were coming apart and the bed seemed quite old and needs a refresh. Very convenient location though.

We were very disappointed in our room at Palm Suites. It definitely needs an update. Cabinets in bathroom were peeling, tub was old and looked dirty, the kitchen cabinets were faded and looked old. There was only one small lamp in room, no beside lamps or nightstands. It was the last night of our 50th anniversary trip which made it more disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone without a view of the room that was booked.
The lobby was beautiful but the room was a huge disappointment.

Our room was very clean, well furnished and had a lovely view of the marsh for peaceful evenings on the patio. The front desk staff is lovely and the hotel is walkable to Atlantic Beach and just a short drive over the bridge to great dining in Morehead City and Beaufort. I will keep this hotel on my list of first choices for the area.
