绝对棒的住宿地点——只是从来没法打电话联系到任何人寻求任何帮助。每次延误很久,他们都会发邮件并打电话过来(我因为航班原因总是错过,所以只能用语音信箱),即使我立即回复邮件,也总是等到太晚才收到回复。
我的手机上的Latch系统(不用钥匙,而是用钥匙开每个门和电梯)坏了,而且没有员工懂它是怎么用的。我当时非常需要服务,但在电梯里却找不到,所以租赁办公室的一名员工不得不让我进去,这样我才能在顶楼得到服务。这浪费了大家好几个小时的时间。
作为道歉,我们延迟退房,我对此表示感谢。
(租赁办公室的人真的很不自在,因为这不是他们的租赁情况,但他们还是尽力提供了帮助。我们只是因为地址错误才进来的,谢天谢地,他们可以进入我们所在的楼层)

我这辈子从来没有这么震惊过。这房子租的太贵了。我当时在Uber上,打电话确认入住信息。我要求提前30分钟入住。她告诉我会确认一下情况再给我回电话……但她再也没回电话了。
我去看了49人队的比赛,然后去了酒店,却进不了楼。我打遍了所有能打的电话和邮箱,但因为行李都堆在街上,一个小时都联系不上任何人。最后不得不另订酒店,因为当时快到午夜了,我需要找个地方住。
这已经是第二次进楼遇到问题了,他们还拒绝退还我的住宿费。千万别来这家酒店!

垃圾处理器坏了。白天晚上都有轻微的隆隆声——关门和进门。不知道是外面的卡车、电梯还是垃圾车的声音。开着电视的时候听不到,但晚上就能听见。电子锁让人摸不着头脑。
租了一套106平方米的公寓,两间卧室和两间浴室。其中一间浴室(主卧)锁着(表明需要维修)。衣柜也不适合居住。我给客服打了好几次电话……我搬进来已经四天了,仍然没有人采取行动。我正在为我的家人寻找该地区的替代方案……
地理位置优越
我们每次来这附近都会住在这里。唯一不满意的是门锁APP钥匙系统,总是很麻烦,但住进去之后就很享受了。
