Excellent customer service. Room was extremely clean. I felt very safe, camera's around the hotel. I've stayed here 4 times, with zero problem. It's not a five star hotel. It's very safe and clean

Ms. Ella was awesome. The first room we were assigned to wasn’t ready and she quickly got us another room. We drove in from Texas and were there for the Softball Series in Youngsville. The beds were amazing. Room was clean and fresh. AC, on point !! I will definitely stay again as long as Ms. Ella is in charge. She runs a tight ship and her staff was amazing. Breakfast was great as well.

I stayed here this past weekend and I was absolutely amazed how clean the room was and I felt very comfortable staying here. This hotel has a great security system. Manager was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely go back. If you're in New Iberia I suggest you stay here. Excellent customer service 👍
