I am sorry to say but the woman working the front desk was very rude and acted like we were wasting her time. The gentleman from when we checked out could not have been nicer or more friendly!!

Great hotel
Check in was smooth. We walked over to Burger She’d, which was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of options and plenty of seating. This was our 3rd time staying here.

Queen Room Review
The hotel was nice amd for the most part very clean. There was a water spot on the ceiling and some yellow stains on the bathroom wall. The bed was super hard, though, so my husband and I did nkt sleep the best. The kids said they woke up several times as well because the bed wasnt very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and check-in was easy.

Beautiful view of a pond with a fountain from my window . There was a nice outdoor sitting area out there as well. The pool, and surrounding area was about half the size I had expected. It didn’t feel family friendly.

The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept.

Best hotel experience ever!
We stayed there with our 10U baseball team for State and it could not have been more perfect. They got to swim, fish, walk to Bass Pro, hang out, and enjoy their down time all at one place! I enjoyed the work out room, the mall, and close restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Area was nice and in walking distance to many shops and a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and had many hot teas to choose from. However, the queen beds were too hard, and A/C was very hot even at 60 degrees. There was no microwave in the room, so we had to go use the lobby microwave The mini fridge froze our drinks over night. The pool was small and only 4 feet deep, which works for cooling off and small toddlers. There was a nice hot tub also.

This was a very nice property to stay at. Everything was well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the included breakfast was good for a traveling family. It has a location conveniently close to Adventure Land as well as a few restaurants. I would stay here again.
