The first room we went to had a terrible smell of mold/mildew. We were immediately moved to another room which was better but still had an odor. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beyond expectations!
This hotel was excelent and the desk attendant was fabulouse. We felt safe and confortable. and breakfast was beyond expectations. I recoment this hotel to anybody looking for fair price and excelent service.

The hotel's overall location is safe, quiet, and well-preserved, within proximity to a shopping plaza, restaurant, and convenience stores. However, I was dissatisfied with the shower's water temperature, which did not reach a satisfactory level, and the microwave amenities in my specific room were non-functional. Furthermore, the shower mount detached from the wall, resulting in a loud bang, and upon investigation, we found the mount broken into pieces, posing a potential safety hazard that could have resulted in injury.

This was a great hotel that was centrally located. We have stayed at Fairfield properties before and this one was to the excellent quality that I have come to expect from Fairfield!

Checking in was extremely slow! There was a lone of people waiting because there was 1 person & it took a bit for each person. The morning lady that cooks pr brings food out for breakfast wasn't very pleasant. Things had ran out like sausage & when asked about it, she has an attitude saying shes cooking it. That was the only issue there. Room was clean & comfortable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!
When we arrived the older female receptionist at the front desk had just finished checking in another couple, who were apparently on vacation. They were asking about different places in the area, like best restaurants, how to get to the beach, different attractions in the area etc. while my wife and I stood there waiting to check in with all our bags. After about ten minutes, she finally put her map away and got us checked in. When we finally got to our room, we discovered a clean, but very noisy room. We also discovered that one of the key cards did not work. We could hear EVERY single vehicle that passed by the room. That night, after returning from the dinner theater we were in Panama City to watch, we got into bed and tried to sleep on the very flat, uncomfortable pillows that were provided. We laid there and listened to vehicles passing by the hotel all night. The next morning we couldn't wait to get out of that place and get home so we could finally get some rest in the peace and quiet. I would never stay at this place again, nor would I recommend anyone else stay here. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this place! This was July 12 - 13, 2025
