You’re better off at the Alley Lodge if you’re a Bluegreen owner. The Alley Lodge is within walking distance of the fun stuff. You need a rental if you stay here. Problem is: 1) There are limited spots for valet, 2) There is no valet after 11. Due to this, we had to use BOTH the parking garage and valet. 👎

Underwhelming and no manual transmissions.
Let me start ny saying it was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at. It has absolutely NO AMENITIES. Even the coffee in the lobby is only for a couple of hours in the morning. I never saw one housekeeper or worker on the floors, so i do not how its so clean. One ice machine for 5 floors. I am glad there happened to be a daily garage across the strret because they ONLY have valet parking and do not accept manual transmissions which would of been good to know before arriving. It was a bare bones hotel.... the consider the fire pit in the 8 foot courtyard the amenity. Which is not helpful when its 90 degrees outside.

Our room had a moldy smell. There was a brown leakage near the bathroom door. We told the staff the first thing we got there but they did not do anything

We stayed here for our first time in Charleston. It was a very nice place. Mirza did a great job of making us feel welcome. She also made sure we had what we needed. I'm glad we stayed here. It was a good place to stay. Molly did ab awesome job also. She was very helpful.

Loved the location. Walkable to all the Bravo Southern Charmed + Southern Hospitality shows fav spots i wanted to visit. Craig's Sewing Down South, Leva's Republic, Austen + Craig's "By The Way", Miss Patricia's historic residence ... tho couldn't see anything understandably 💝

What did you like or what was unique about the property? The price was reasonable! Such a hidden gem conveniently located right by the green line pick up stop at Concord, and a short half mile walk to the yellow line. Quick trips there and back to the area attractions assisted in cutting down extreme walking. All necessary amenities were included with the room.
What did you not like? Our room was hot. We reported it a few times, but the air simply didn't keep up and it was only high 70s outside. The air in the hallway and lobby was much cooler. We were able to get a box fan from the front desk which helped. We would have given an excellent rating if the air had worked properly.
