Our stay was nice, the room was beautiful and the front desk service was fantastic, i only give it three stars for the way my husband was treated at the restaurant, we paid for the complimentary breakfast, the total was 40 dollars, the waitress spoke to him for 2 seconds than left, he was leaving a 20% tip for the meal and she told him that they only take 20% or more automatically, and that she would take care of the til for him, whatever thats fine, but the service was not even close to worth the 20% tip, she proceeded to talk with the other customers for longer and nicer, making my husband feel like he wasn’t worth the time to even bother. We checked out and everything was brushed off, i checked my receipt and saw she put more than a 20% tip, making it just annoying because tips should be earned not an automatic given. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Hard to hear at check in. The amount of background noise was extensive. I’m not hard of hearing and I know I couldn’t hear all the things the staff member checking is in said.

This might be the best place we’ve ever stayed! Falls park view is awesome, hotel is beautiful, food is excellent, bar has great bartenders, walkable and modern. Highly recommend it!

Extremely good Hotel, without any doubt the absolute best hotel in Sioux Falls by far. I am visiting Sioux Falls at least once a year and going forward I will only stay here.
The check in and out was fast, easy and super service oriented.

Disappointed we did not get the room we booked. We booked a river view room and at check in we were told all the river view rooms were unavailable and they no longer had one for us. We specifically chose to stay at this hotel because we wanted a view of the water. Also the fire alarm went off early in the morning. Clean and new property, really like the room except for the view.

Sioux Falls a lot and was thinking this would be my every trip hotel. However, an otherwise good stay for my anniversary was interrupted by a room with no hot water, a maintnenance man in my room for 3 hours on saturday night trying to fix it. Then a move to another room which was supposed to be an upgrade to make up for my first day amd night of no hot water, and it was exactly the same. Shame because it is a great hotel with a great restuarant and location. But when you pay for 4 stars you expect 4 stars and if its not for some reason then make it up to me in some meaningful way. Free night, a couple of comped meals, something. The staff knew it was our anniversary but that didnt seem to matter.
And pet friendly is one thing. A pet barking under a patrons table on the patio for an entire meal is rediculous.
I just joined Hilton Honors thinking I may invest my.money in stsyimg in their properties whenever possible since we travel a lot. This expereince has me rethinking that idea.

差点意思…… 缺浴袍和梳子。
浴室装修得不错,但总让人感觉像在养老院,一点也不优雅,也谈不上舒缓。
我们订的是一间带壁炉的特大号套房,可以看到瀑布的景色。房间设施齐全,一切都一尘不染。可惜的是,入住手续不太顺利;我们下午5:30左右到达时,房间还没有打扫干净。我们等了将近半个小时,没有得到任何道歉,也没有免费饮料,这有点令人失望。
