Staff was very nice and helped us with a fast check in (we were going to be late for dinner reservations) and with breakfast when I came in at the very last minute. Will be staying there again

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A nice new clean building. Lots of parking, I like having to use my room key card for the elevator. I though the breakfast was good, there was quite a variety of food.
I would stay there again.

Room was very clean staff was friendly and properly maintained. Definitely rated at one of the best hiltons I’ve stayed at. The restaurant was very good food and service was even better.

超爱这家酒店!员工都非常乐于助人。房间很大,因为都是套房。住着总是很放松,也很安静。
如果可以给出零数据,我肯定会给出。我有一个预订单,还有确认号码。我刚值完一天一夜的班回来,就到了酒店。我去办理入住,却被告知我的房间已经被预订一空,酒店也超额预订了。当时已经是凌晨3点了,方圆一小时车程内的其他房间都订满了。我问前台该怎么办,或者去哪里找人,他们说这不是酒店的问题,得我自己想办法解决。最后我不得不连夜开车回家,又累又疼。我的房间绝对不应该被预订一空,更糟糕的是,我竟然受到了如此不公的对待。我是一名退伍军人,为了在漫长的一天后能给妻子和家人带来一些舒适,我提前做好了所有必要的旅行安排,结果却受到了垃圾般的对待。希尔顿做得好!
我们对康涅狄格州布里斯托尔的“居家2”诉讼非常不满意。他们竟然想收我300美元,而我根本不相信这事是我们造成的!他们甚至连个电话都不接!我已经联系Gm两周了,一点回音都没有!我觉得这太不公平了!

酒店本身很不错,但最重要的是,一切都无可挑剔:清洁、服务,一切都非常棒。我们都非常非常满意。
酒店设施非常漂亮,服务周到,但游泳池和水疗中心位于另一家酒店,您必须穿过外面的人行横道才能到达。
