Wonderful Resort! Been going here for 10 years. Superb customer service. The lazy river is the best! Great food and service at the Veranda!

Had a great time, the pools and lazy river were more than welcome on the hot days. The water shuttle to the private beach is a great feature, just be sure to signup in advance. Having our own vehicle gave us the chance to explore more of the areas activities and restaurants. The Only downsides were communication with having our room being cleaned or fresh towels, and the pesky room keys that would randomly stop working. Would visit again and had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool area and lazy river was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again!

i got the 2bed 2bath suite, nice place for sure. i unfortunately was next door to a drunk loud family, so that didnt help my feelings about the place
the pool was great, however, the service was horrible. the bartenders were understaffed, and the front desk service wasnt much better.
i cant imagine how they sell these properties as timeshares when if you did purchase one, the service youd be paying for is not acceptable.

Great find
We were only there for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. It was reasonably priced and each room was quite private with nice-sized lanai. Great pool area with lazy river, hot tubs, and pools for the kiddos too. Lots of lounge chairs. You wont be disappointed. .

I feel there should be more entertainment for adults after 6pm. Maybe a music band around the bar and it should stay open after dark as an option for dancing and drinks by the pool.
