由于峡谷发生火灾，我们无法回家。我们开车带着三条狗过来。前台人员非常友好，说可以接待我们。入住前不久，我们才知道终于可以回家了，于是要求取消房间。******* 联系了总经理，但他拒绝退款。如果他们直接退款，我很乐意删除这条评论。
我以前住过这里，这次再次选择这里是因为这里的舒适、干净以及客户服务。一切都很棒。但是，我对入住和退房时间感到失望。下午4点才能入住，但必须在上午11点退房。这甚至都不是24小时制！
三月份入住卡马斯假日酒店期间，工作人员非常乐于助人，尤其是前台的Kahlil。Kahlil的服务非常出色，在我需要帮助时总是竭尽全力。此外，空调系统也很棒，安静且温度恒定。遮光窗帘让我睡了个好觉，我很喜欢。谢谢！

我们的住处
我去卡马斯看望我的女儿，我们通常会随便找一些便宜的酒店入住，但是我们找到了这家酒店，并把它作为我们的住处。我们一年来已经在这里住了 4 到 5 次，我们非常喜欢它。这里很干净，到目前为止每个人都对我们很好，早餐很美味，游泳池一直都在开放。似乎每家酒店的游泳池都是关闭的。
一般般
早餐种类非常有限。管理层似乎在偷工减料。我们在那里住了好几晚，只有一天早上有黄油。招牌肉桂卷有几天都凉了，不新鲜，周一完全没有了。
自从我们入住以来，我们遇到的问题一直很多，收费过高，没有客房服务，房间钥匙还给了刚入住的其他人。我再也不会住在这里了。
我们来这里参加一个家庭葬礼，在当地住了近十年，所以这家酒店是我们的最佳选择。干净舒适，位置便利，靠近温哥华东部/卡马斯地区的许多便利设施。住宿体验很棒。
酒店非常漂亮，非常干净。工作人员很友好，照顾我们的住宿。我最近做了手术，所以走路时戴着支架。当我在大厅等候时，工作人员给我拿了冰块，让我感觉舒服。
