The rooms were filthy they maintenance is the housekeeping . My whole stay I had to clean my own room I told him to bring cleaning supplies since he wasn’t cleaning he brought air fresheners and a broom . People we literally having sx then would check out he would go in there make the bed up and sell the room to someone else . Didn’t ***** the sheets sanitize the room or anything just sold it to the next person . I broke out in hives I have photos for proof it was bed bug and roach infested I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food roaches get in the bags . They didn’t care they were so rude . I’m thinking about suing them .

They cancelled my stay the day before my stay. I called customer service and they could barely speak English. I would ask a question and would get an off the wall answer. I paid up front, just hope I get my money back!!
