Our stay at Anthony's Alpin Hotel was one of the best ever! When we arrived we were surprised how large our room was (rm. 22). It had a separate bathroom which was huge! It's truly like an apartment (minus a kitchen) We were there for a week so we really appreciated that we weren't cramped up. And the spa is fabulous! Steam room, dry sauna, infrared sauna and the most amazing massage chair. Plus there are 3 relaxing waterbed loungers (hard to describe) Luckily since we were there after the time change the days were long and we had time for happy hour and spa time before dinners. One thing to know is that although there's a beautiful breakfast area with breakfast included, there's not a restaurant. But there is a bar! Which leads me up to the best part. Rosie and Sabina gave us absolutely amazing service!!! When I saw the bar, I asked about it, and Rosie told me, yes, she can make me a drink! They offered and made dinner reservations, made us coffees in the morning and overall made us feel extremely welcome. I truly can't say enough great things about the service and hotel!

Great option for ski-in ski-out next to Schlosskopf chairlift. Rooms are spacious and the service is very attentive and friendly.

首先说说优点：酒店地理位置优越，距离热闹的缆车仅几步之遥，缆车可直达滑雪区。酒店提供免费地下停车场，我们尝试了几次后，终于用标准插座和延长线给车充电——也是免费的。滑雪室配备加热雪靴架，非常棒！特别要赞扬一下Marc，他管理得井井有条，而且非常友好热情。我们入住的是豪华双人间，房间布置精美现代，面积也相当宽敞。接下来是缺点：早餐自助餐必须尽早享用，因为虽然供应到上午10点，但9点之后很多菜品就都缺货了，而且很遗憾，这些缺货的菜品并没有补充。从9点15分开始供应的自助餐种类非常少，绝对不符合这个价位四星级酒店的预期。水疗中心只在下午3点到晚上8点开放，如果早上天气不好或者下大雪的话，这个时间就太不方便了。我们也急需一个按摩浴缸或者加热浴缸！正如我之前提到的，Marc人很好。前台的另一位女士则截然相反。虽然她努力表现得很友好，但她对酒店一窍不通，既推荐不了餐厅，也提供不了夜间滑雪等活动的信息。她在酒店工作了两年，竟然不知道下午的滑雪票什么时候可以买（我记得她说是上午11点……）。这非常令人失望，也让人觉得像这样的酒店应该有这样的服务。最让我们恼火的是，我们的阳台（我们住的是24号房）要和其他两个房间共用，而且彼此之间一眼就能看到。这意味着我们必须一直拉上窗帘，即使是白天也一样，而我们喜欢开着阳台门睡觉，这根本不可能。完全没有隐私——简直无法接受！虽然我们的房间确实如承诺的那样拥有山景，但它正对着主干道，早上7点就开始车水马龙，根本没法睡懒觉。噪音实在太大了，尤其是清晨的铲雪车。总而言之，虽然这家酒店的地理位置和干净舒适的房间值得称赞，但早餐、阳台、道路噪音、员工服务和水疗中心的种种不足，让它绝对不值四星，而且价格也过高。真是太可惜了……
