This was one of the nicest places I stayed in on the Via De La Plata Pilgrimage. I was far too early to book in but the lovely owner answered the door and let me in and even offered me breakfast. However I decided to go to a local bar, café Picota for breakfast to mix with the locals, a 9 minute walk away. Omelette baguette with a café con leche, perfect. Returning to Pension Blanco Conde, I was met by Laura who showed me to a beautiful room and then kindly explained everything I needed to know to enjoy my stay. I couldn’t fault the room or bathroom, both were perfect. I was able to make myself a large cup of tea in the breakfast room and there were lots of things to purchase with an honesty box. As I had half board I was able with a coupon to have supper at a restaurant 11 minutes away. It was not an attractive looking restaurant but the food was very good and the staff friendly. The following day Laura had left me a wonderful breakfast and I even had enough to take with me for a late morning snack. Thank you, you really know how to look after pilgrims.

Very nice accommodations. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Nice size bathrooms. Very welcoming. With the HB you get a coupon for dinner at La Picota which is just up the street and serves very good meals. Walking the Camino VDLP and stayed here. Glad I did.

Reservamos para o entroido e a atención foi moi boa, a habitación perfecta, conta con lugar de sobra para aparcar e ademáis tes na zona común unha pequena cociña onde deixan bica, leite e demáis aínda sen entrar dentro do prezo. O vindeiro ano sen dúbida repetiremos. Grazas por todo!
