The lodge was beautifully presented, spotless and cosy, even in February. The surroundings are tranquil and we loved the hot tub. It was a wonderful stay and we’d go back in a flash.

Another amazing stay, this time in Lodge 5 Troutdale. Everything is thought of. We added the robe and slippers onto our booking, they are perfect for the hot tub. Planning our next visit already ♥️

Our 4th visit to Rocklands and it never disappoints. Visited as couples, as a couple and this recent time as a family and each time has always been a great experience. Easy check in and check out, everything is clean and tidy. Everything you need is provided for a self catering stay. We stayed in the detached Levisham lodge which was perfect for us as a family of four, double bedroom with en-suite and twin room perfect for the kids, bonus of the new hot tubs already prepared at a nice temperature. It’s in a great location if you want to go exploring, couple of local pubs less than a 5 minute drive away or less than an hours walk, also you have Pickering which again around 10 minutes in car or a hours walk. Furthermore Dalby forest right on the doorstep which is around a 15 minutes drive. Great stay, would recommend and will be returning!

Had a lovely time at Rocklands lodges with my girlfriend, the cabins were kept up to high standard and far from Pickering where we did a nice 9 mile circular walk and had some nice dinner at the White Swan. Highly recommend staying at these lodges for a relaxing and peaceful time, especially with the hot tub that relaxes you from any fatigue.

Another fantastic stay at Rocklands. It’s like coming to our spiritual home and our place to relax. The lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The hot tub was amazing, checked and topped up every day unlike many other places we have stayed. Lovely peaceful location to relax and unwind. The only slight negative was the mattresses probably need replacing as they were a little flat and not very comfortable. Overall though an amazing stay, thank you!

It’s in a lovely quiet location in easy reach of many places for a day out. A nice site, Rocklands has a good feel and the owners are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the detached Supreme hot tub Levisham lodge 15 which was very cosy and warm. The lodge was quite old but well equipped and clean with comfortable beds and it was great having both a bathroom and a ensuite. The hot tub looked new and was brilliant after a day out. Pickering is nearby with a good supermarket. There are many nice pubs in the surrounding villages. We visited Scarborough and Rosedale Abbey, and for families there are lots of additional places to go and activities to enjoy. Then return to your lodge for a soak in the hot tub which has a roof and fairy lights so you can use it after dark and relax in all weathers. We got a good last minute deal and would strongly recommend Rocklands to both couples and families.

This was our second visit but at a different cabin. & as always such a great, peaceful get away. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful. We first stayed at cabin 1 in 2025 the studio with the hot tub & this time Jan 26 we stayed in the cropton which was the larger one with a seperate room & kitchen number 10. To be honest when we return we will try get no.1 again as the hot tub & outside seats looks out onto greenery which was gorgeous to wake up to. But both great & so easy to access! Thank you again.

Another amazing break at Rocklands. My bestie and I were in lodge 16 for 3 nights and I wish it was longer. The master bedroom's bed was perfectly comfortable and cozy and the ensuite bath nicely appointed with toiletries. Still bring your own though as they are tiny. I love how they have thought of everything you need for self catering in the kitchen. Maybe bring aluminum if you're going to use the oven. My friend used the second bedroom and hot tub. She raved about both. She forgot a robe to get out to the hot tub (it was freezing cold outside) but she was able to rent one for £6. The proprietors were kind enough to bring it over. Quite frankly I could easily do this once a month. I love peaceful and comfortable Rocklands.
