There were some issues, the bedding was stained, the toilet seat and lock on the door were broken, and there was not black out curtain, so the outside parking lights shone through the window. I stayed last year and loved it, but this year was a little disappointing. All in all, not a bad hotel for the price, but there needs to be detail given to the cleanliness. And also to be a little less stingy with giving extra bedding and towels.

Great stay
Very well kept hotel. Bed was comfy... jucuzzi tub room was spacious and nice balcony. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold. Kid friendly pool. Location is near down town...but quiet side road.

Lots of people were smoking and we got a knock at the door at 10pm and got woke up. To see if we were smoking….nope not us! Plus a text message went to my phone at 11pm. Did not sleep well

Supposedly we had the best room in the hotel, it was dirty, dust,finger prints everywhere. Room descriptions are wrong and they don’t stand behind giving you the room you reserved.

It could have been better.
The hotel was nice enough, the room smelled a little musty but it was clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast was above standard, it was very nice. My only complaint was the staff was unfriendly, rude, not professional, unhelpful and seemed like they just didn't want to help. It felt like a bother to ask for any help from the staff. This place could be so much better if it had a different staff. I just didn't appreciate the staff. Kudos to the cleaners, the entire hotel was clean.
