Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast; we had a question about the fireplace, but the phone in the room for the front desk had no cord.

When booking on *******, the hotel stated that waterpark tickets were included in the price. When we asked about this, i was told they were $21 more a day to go. I was offered to sit through a time share to get free tickets. Very frustrating as i would have booked the Aloha where we had a wonderful room at 2 months prior.
When we got into our room, the tv was tilted 25 degrees or so. I filled out the how is your room form. I put a comment about the tv and within 5 minutes had a worker asking to come in the room. Good and bad, I thought he was going to cause the tv to fall. It was annoying because i wanted to be able to relax and would have preferred a more hone call. Tv was not fixed.
Breakfast was good but the staff did not know how to handle a full hotel. We did not eat the breakfast the last night because of the staff being frustrated with other family's kids. The second day, we took our breakfast back to the room.

The desk clerk was very busy and she was the only one. I I waited over 15 minutes to check in. She was on the phone. And there were two other people waiting behind me. They just had some questions so I let them go ahead of me.
There were a couple of big groups of people there so it was pretty noisy

This stay was perfect for a girls get away.
The room was clean, the pool/hot tub was clean and the staff was amazing!

Room was nice, pool was nice, great view... BUT, the high pressure sales attempt at check in to try to get us to go to a timeshare seminar was a real turn off. After driving hours and just wanting to relax, getting hit by multiple people trying for the sales pitch really ******...

Front desk staff was not professional at all. We found a not so pleasant surprise on our balcony and not only did it take the gentleman over 3 hours to take care of it, but instead of saying I’m so sorry we’ll be right in to take care of it, he responded with swear words and told us to just clean it up and throw it in a garbage bag. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Our room lacking an ironing board and deadbolt would not lock. But did not cause issues with our stay.

位置很好，服务周到，房间非常干净，设施也一应俱全。
早餐不错。房间干净整洁，设施也比较新，泳池和热水浴缸都很棒。
地方很好，员工友善，设施非常干净。
