The check-in process was smooth and simple. I appreciate that especially since it was late at 10pm and check out at 3 am was just as smooth. The staff was friendly and no one bothered me during my stay to clean the room, trying to get in around my schedule. The beds are soft and oversized like a cloud. I had jet lag and slept so well.
住得很愉快
入住体验太糟糕了,空调超级脏,还散发着难闻的气味,等等。看起来他们根本不关心酒店的清洁度。就算便宜也不推荐入住,完全不值得。
我对这家酒店不太了解。虽然优惠很多,但工作人员解决不了问题,他们似乎对自己在说什么一无所知。
床上居然有虫子。
房间外的走道上坐着人,一点也不安静。允许带宠物?我一进门,那个年轻小伙子就冲我嚷嚷说“我们不接待宠物”。这应该从*******网站上删除,因为他们根本不允许带宠物。
他们重复使用房卡套,用记号笔把之前的房间号涂黑。我的房间号是写在卡套上的第三个房间号。
前台那个年轻小伙子极其粗鲁,需要好好学学礼仪!不管你想跟他谈什么,他都摆出一副臭脸。他根本不适合从事服务行业。他对女性极其无礼,非常不尊重人。
我被安排在312号房间,一进门就发现窗户大开着,而且没有纱窗。他们正在施工,所以窗户开着,房间里到处都是灰尘和污垢。走廊看起来好几个月都没吸尘了,门口的行李车上还睡着流浪汉。房间里的家具看起来至少有15年历史了。如果附近没有其他酒店,那就睡在车里吧。
入住四晚期间,房间从未打扫过,也从未有人打扫过——没有干净的毛巾,也没有人倒垃圾。我不得不多次索要卫生纸。房间本身还算舒适,但如果能解决这些问题,入住体验会更好。
房间需要翻新一下,应该放个冰桶和杯子。窗帘也得是真的。房间很吵。第一次入住时,我拿到的钥匙竟然是一个有人在的房间。一位可怜的老人在前台值班,连电脑都没有。
