Friendly staff. Comfy beds. However we needed help getting the tv programmed and the toilet did not flush properly. Late nite running overhead was not appreciated for sleeping.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was fine except for 1 gal who was a bit nasty. Mostly, it was just dirty. You can tell they use dirty rags to clean. Fingerprints everywhere. Toilet was disgusting. Just gross.your housekeeper needs a lesson on how to clean.

The room was clean, there was a water break and they supplied me a two water bottles and the breakfast was nice. Plus the rate was good.

The check-in process was perfect and they allowed an early check-in as we were attending a wedding at Bristol. Upon return from the wedding we realized our toilet was broken and immediately called down. The lady, while sweet, told us not to worry it happens to her all the time just hold down the handle. We went the entire night with a broken toilet. We woke up early to the sound of drilling so assumed there was a maintenance person working. The front desk said that one would not be working until 9am. We went to breakfast but didn’t stay long as the options and look of items were less than desirable. Coffee was good, location of the hotel was ideal and the place was clean so not all bad! Just super stressful having a toilet that didn’t flush after consuming beverages all night while attending a wedding.

Property was well maintained and looked good but there were not enough parking spaces!! Each night we stayed there was a fight for a spot

The bed is very very comfortable, but the smell is horrible. It does not smell clean. I can a hard time, dealing with the smell.

Nice, clean comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Everyone we encountered at guest services was friendly and helpful.

Clean and close to venue
Fast check in even on a busy concert day. Front desk staff were very helpful. They have a phone number for someone that can drop you off/ pick you up from venue otherwise walk if you can. Very clean and comfortable room. Nearby restaurants and breweries.
