The room was dimly lit, the walls were peeling, and the floor was dirty and unclean. There weren't even any hangers. I told the receptionist about it, but he said he'd speak to her boss and never gave us any. Everything was old, there was no fan in the shower room, and the heater was really loud. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Room smelled like smoke and carpet was burned and furniture was nasty. Bed was terrible. They made me leave a $50 deposit for damages. No way I could have hurt anything in there. The clerk was nice and gave us a different room. It was better. He was so nice. Don't stay here ever!!

If I could rate half a star I would. There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. There is a hole at the bottom of the wall big enough for a rodent to get in. Also, a staff member entered my room at 8:30am without permission or calling first which is totally unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!

My family and inwill not be staying here again. For the money thebroom was clean however only had one towel and rag. For a 2 bed roomnfor 3 people.

The room was outdated, with curtains improperly secured on the rod. The bathroom and sleeping area had a lingering odor, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Towels and bed sheets were dingy. I stayed only because I had no other place to go, and I was exhausted.

Budget friendly and overall nice
First room I got wasn't updated and smelled like mold. Went back to the front desk and was offered another room that was way better. Overall for the price it was worth it!!!

The staff was rude to us and the water was cold constantly, making showers unpleasant. The furniture was falling apart and the rooms dirty, with caked dirt on the laminate floor.

I live roughly two hours away and anytime I have a family thing that may run late I usually grab a room here. It’s always clean and I feel very safe. The hotel is close to great food options and shopping if you wish. Very convenient and the staff is always friendly.

工作人员态度极其恶劣！房间里灰尘很多，肉眼可见没打扫干净。墙上的插座有一半都坏了。房间里的灯光也很糟糕。床倒是挺舒服的……这大概是唯一值得称赞的地方了。总的来说，这家酒店真的让人失望，考虑到价格，一点也不值。
