The cleanest property we've ever stayed at. Very nice, clean, well taken care of and the staff was very pleasant.

Everything was pretty awsome. I wish that the Hotel parking was a little closer to the entrance of the hotel. I wish it was also a covered parking structure. People who arent staying in the hotel have better parking options.

我和丈夫去那里度假。这家伊拉纳酒店的员工都很友好，设施也很棒，包括游泳池和******。
我们开了几个小时的车才到达酒店，却被告知没有我们预订的房间，而且他们也无能为力。我们向柜台的年轻人解释说我们几天前就预订了，但他还是说没有预订。我们解释说我们开了大半天车，就问他还有空房吗。他说有很多房间，然后说“价格会很贵”，然后就笑了。他说一晚大概要$$$$。因为我们是通过*******预订的，每晚$$$$$，所以他给出的报价比*******的两倍还高，我们觉得这太离谱了。于是，我们决定把行李拿回车上，继续开车返回西雅图。
很棒的地方，员工乐于助人。真希望咖啡店能多点员工。只有两个人，有时只有一个人。就为了一杯饮料和一份糕点，等了好久。我觉得他们人手不够。淋浴间需要防滑条。太滑了。我知道残疾人客房里有淋浴椅，但所有淋浴间可能都有扶手。对任何人来说都很危险。
因为那里有音乐会所以住在这里。房间很不错，虽然价格有点贵（因为音乐会的关系比平时贵）。
员工很棒，而且有各种各样的餐厅。推荐。
泳池里的氯含量太高，水浑浊，而且氯味很浓，会灼伤我们的眼睛。泳池内及附近不提供饮料服务。
