When making a reservation, we requested an Access room, As my wife suffers with impaired mobility, Because the bed was too high, my wife had great difficulty in trying to get into the bed and out of it. There was a foul odor of Sewage in the room, 202. which we reported and completley ignored. no hot water. In checking in there was a Q long delay, again my wife in pain having to stand for a long time waiting to check in. Having spent 2 nights there which was to be a celebration of my 80th Birthday, Was completley disappointing weekend. Yours sincerely, Mr Thomas Foley

The hotel exceeded our expectations in term of the quality of our room, the overall ambience in the hotel, friendliness of staff, quality of the food (we had dinner & breakfast) and the ease of parking.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Tullamore. Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating, in particular Josh at reception. Rooms are spotless, and beds are very comfortable. Food is delicious, breakfast, hot made-to-order and cold buffet style. This is our second stay at the Bridge House for business, and we would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel! (We were there for a wedding - perfect event venue.) Charming hotel with many amenities, on-site dining & bar areas, and a nice full breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful and location is convenient to shops, cafes & restaurants. Easy walk or taxi from train station. Only concern was no air conditioning during an uncharacteristically warm week. Highly recommend!

We visited the Bridge House for Breakfast last Sunday August 10th before attending the Tullamore Show. We have been visiting your hotel for breakfast for over 10 years on Tullamore Show Day. To say we were disappointed with our visit would be an understatement. The food from the bain-marie was not hot and the bacon looked like it never saw a pan. The shock of when it came time to pay was what I am still reeling from. My husband went to settle up and was told the total was €80. Bear in mind this was not for four full irish breakfasts. One person only had one sausage a piece of black pudding and a piece of white pudding on her plate which she couldnoteven eat. After reading another comment on trip advisor where a customer felt the were overcharged I decided to bring this to your attention. I feel that we were seriously overcharged for the product we received. Please find attached the other review. Looking forward to your response

I really enjoyed my stay in The Bridge House. Nicely appointed hotel, clean warm and well maintained. But above, the staff, they were friendly, nice and very helpful, from an early check in thought to dinner, breakfast and departure, all staff were pleasant and helpful. A nice hotel, centrally located. I will be back

Myself and my husband were travelling to tullamore show on August 10 and decided to stop off for breakfast full breakfast was advertised as 10.95 and tea or coffee was included Mini breakfast was advertised at 8.95 but when it came time to pay we were charged 13.95 for full breakfast and 11.50 for mini breakfast and coffee was 3.80 extra I don’t think it’s appropriate to advertise breakfast as 1 price and then charge a higher rate when you get it

一家非常老旧的酒店。过去它确实很豪华。现在却相当破败。窗帘又旧又破，浴缸里的淋浴很脏，没有空调，窗户也很难打开。以爱尔兰的标准来看，早餐相当糟糕。没有火腿，提供的香肠也已经干了。煎蛋卷主要由奶酪组成。
