Room was disgusting. Bathroom has hair all in the tub .. no rags no towels. I was disappointed because I have stayed at this location before and it was the total opposite.

No One Came To Check If We Needed Anything The Whole Stay And When I Asked For Clean Sheets I Was Told They Dont Have Any And Would Have To Wait I Didnt Get Clean Sheets Until After 2pm The Next Day

Marks and stains on sheets, dingy sheets, children and adults were extremely loud near 11 at night almost every night, shooting near my room, no soap in room, dingy wash cloths

We checked in and thebfirst thing we noticed was there were people hanging out all over the property. Two men were sleeping in chairs in the lobby. The lady at the check out was helpful but I didnt loke the fact she was making a copy of my drivers license. We went to the room and the phone didnt work, the TV remote fidt work, the lock was torn off the metal plat the door hand had a drilled out hole where the lock would have been but there qas no way to lock the top of the door either. When I went to the office she apologized and put us in a different room. With a King bed instead of 2 queens. She did warn me the drawer was missing from one of the night stands. This place needs attention. I think I paid more than the condition should warrant. I told her that in the State of GA and possibly a federal law that you cannot have copies of licenses. She told me that the police and property owners are good with this and its OK. I did tell her I wanted the copy of my license back at check out. From the quality and look if everything my identity is not safe at all at this property.

The outside had no lights people hanging around everywhere trash cans overflowing.my makeup bags was taken the first day there. No one cleaned tge room or gave us clean towels.

This property does need a few updates and has had some issues with towels being stolen but the staff was all very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for super high class this is not the place for you, but it is very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable.

This hotel is trash. I reserved a room online because the picture looked like a nice hotel. When i arrived people were outside the rooms with loud music smoking blounts, overall very poor atmosphere. We opened the door to find the room not clean at all. The bed was not even made and still had dirty linen piled on top.i do not recommend. Very poor management and customer service. I was not even offered a clean room so i ask to be refunded.

Bed was dirty. They don’t wash the mattress cover so it was all stained and just a thin sheet was on it. Nasty. Room had flies every where. Towels has hair in them. Floor was dirty. Bed comforter was dirty. Will never stay there again
