Αυτό που είναι εξαιρετικό στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο είναι η θέα στη θάλασσα και προς το κέντρο του νησιού! Τα δωμάτια έχουν ανακαινισμένα απολύτως αποδεκτά μπάνια πια!!! Δυστυχώς υπάρχει μοκέτα στο πάτωμα ακόμα αλλά καινούργια. Το πρωινό κάτω από το μέτριο όπως εδώ και πολλά χρόνια!!! Κρίμα γιατί θα μπορούσε αυτό να βελτιώσει την γενική εικόνα του κάθε ταξιδιώτη. Ο καφές του πρωινού άθλιος και με έξτρα χρέωση αυτός από το bar… εξαιρετικό φάουλ αν αναλογισθείτε ότι πληρώσαμε 330€/διανυκτέρευση!!!

Ένα ξενοδοχείο αρκετά υπερτιμημένο για τις παροχές που προσφέρει. Πολύ αρνητική εντύπωση μου έκανε ότι ενώ μας προσφέρανε άνθρωπο να έρθει να μας παραλάβει από το λιμάνι με τα πράγματα μας, 2 γυναίκες που ήμασταν, ο άνθρωπος μόλις έφτασε αντί να μας βοηθήσει στο ελάχιστο να πάρει τα πράγματα μας δεν έκανε καμία κίνηση και όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο έχοντας όλα μας τα χέρια απασχολημένα με τα μπαγκάζια μας οι άνθρωποι στη ρεσεψιόν ενώ είχαν σηκωθεί και μας βλέπανε δεν μπήκαν στον κόπο να ανοίξουν καν την πόρτα ενώ δεν είχαμε διαθέσιμα χέρια να σπρώξουμε την πόρτα για να μπούμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Όταν έρχεσαι να κάνεις διακοπές κι αυτό είναι το καλωσόρισμα του ξενοδοχείου είναι ένα πολύ αρνητικό στοιχείο για να ξαναπάς. Το ίδιο φυσικά συνέβη και κατά την αποχώρηση προς το λιμάνι καμιά βοήθεια από κανέναν.
Pleasant seaside location with a vintage feel. Service was kind and the food enjoyable. It might help if the team could provide a little more information about the local area.

A really nice older style hotel. Very clean . Nice staff . Rooms small but have spectacular views on the water . Best thing is the direct sea access with bar and food on your doorstep. . Out of town which is ok , a good walk or local bus. We can as an afterthought on our month long trip around Greece , GLAD WE DID .

Excellent Boutique Hotel right in the heart of the new Port on Spetses. 2 mins walk from where the ferry comes in. First class hotel which looks after you, Great breakfast which fills you up for the day. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool and bar which is open until sunset.

A short trip with friends to enjoy this beautiful island. The hotel was perfectly located away from the noise of the downtown. It was situated on the seaside with lovely views and sunrises. Rooms were adequate and clean. Open bar and restaurant area was lovely.

This is a perfect hotel– charming, simple, and elegant, with attention to every small detail, both in design and towards the guest's experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the beach is conveniently located just outside the hotel, and the restaurant and bar are relaxed and offer everything you might be craving, whether that's Greek food classics, a club sandwich, or a dirty martini. The hotel management and service were also exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially at their very fair prices.

Lovely hotel, great location just at the edge of Spetses, looking towards Dapia the old port. Very friendly and efficient staff, especially down at the waterfront bar. We had lunch on several days there. Great choice and good quality food at reasonable prices. Excellent Cappuccino. Great to relax on the quayside on the sun loungers and swim from the steps, with towels provided by the hotel.
