The room was great but the whole hotel needs major cleaning and upgrading. windows are dirty and carpets are vey old.

The hotel is very nice and quaint for an older hotel. The staff is extremely nice and courteous and the restaurant serves very good food. The rooms are clean and the AC and heat work very well. We enjoyed our stay.

Front desk and restaurant staff were just excellent - friendly, courteous & efficient. The only complaint is that the hotel is in need of major updates & cleaning. Our room was comfortable,but the bathroom was REALLY dirty. The shower stall was dirty. The shower fixtures were covered with hard water stains. We were in a handicap accessible room that had a seat in the shower & an adjustable shower head. The seat was gross & the shower head couldn't be adjusted higher to stand under. The toilet was very dirty & leaked as well. There was chipped/peeling paint in our room & throughout the hotel. This hotel has so much history & is so close to the Natural Bridge; it deserves a proper restoration. We definitely enjoyed ourselves & will be back again.

Staff was phenomenal, and beyond kind and accommodating.
Rooms were clean, bed was super comfy!
I would note, if you want a tub rather than shower you need to book the superior room!

Tons of potential. They have a beautiful building that needs a bit of updating - mainly the bathrooms. Also cleanliness could be better addressed. Cobwebs and dead moths in bedroom. Cobwebs hanging from the chandelier in the dining room. The front desk staff and the waitress at breakfast were very nice and treated people respectfully.

Room was decent. Bed was not the most comfortable but thats pretty much anywhere nowadays if you don't want to pay $500 to stay somewhere. Food at the restaurant was good. Drinks at the tavern were spot on. All in all was a good getaway for a night.

酒店的设施是老了些，房间内没桌子，我只能在餐厅外区域找了个桌子写了每日功课。窗帘不密封，透光厉害有点影响睡眠。
