我们对房间的状况非常失望。从我走进来的那一刻起，就很明显它很久没有被好好打扫过了。灰尘弥漫的踢脚板、积满灰尘的台灯、积满灰尘的风扇，而这仅仅是开始。为了满足家庭需要，我们把床移了位置，但很明显这张床已经好几年没动过了。厚厚的灰尘、死蛾子和昆虫令人无法接受。浴室相对干净，但是皂液器上长满了霉菌。酒店承诺第二天我们离开时会进行深度清洁。但这并没有实现。他们给了我们新的毛巾（上面还长了一根黑色的长发），清空了垃圾桶，还喷了一些空气清新剂。肥皂仍然发霉，灰尘仍然覆盖在地板和踢脚板上等等。我们换了房间，却发现房间还是一模一样，肮脏积满灰尘的踢脚板、灯具、风扇等等。这只能说明每个房间都是这样吗？我们遇到的接待员都很友善，也尽力提供帮助，但由于前一晚酒店客满，第二天晚上又很晚才回来，所以也没什么可做的。考虑到价格，这完全不可接受。酒店房间应该给人干净、安全、温馨的感觉，但这间房间却感觉被忽视了，而且很脏。除非酒店能做出重大改进，否则我不会推荐您入住这里。

This hotel offers comfortable beds and is in a very convenient location for anyone working in the Hampshire area. The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival and even carried my bag up the stairs, which was a kind gesture given that the hotel has no lift. I didn’t need the help, but it was appreciated as I had my hands full. However, the hotel itself is quite tired and would really benefit from some updating. In my room, the bathroom fan was so loud it could be heard from outside the door. I’d also suggest addressing the issue of pigeons nesting in the gutters — being woken at 4:30 a.m. by pigeons starting their day doesn’t make for the most restful sleep.

For a business trip over 3 nights it was OK but the evening food was not that good, but the breakfast was ok. The only thing missing are EV charge points in the carpark

Stayed here as we were visiting Alice Holt with family. Found a great deal. We were warmly greeted and conversation about our weekend plans, Room was great, spacious, warm, clean. We stopped in at monkey puzzle for a round of drinks and a pudding, Nice calm chilled atmosphere. Great nights sleep AS ALWAYS. Bath was such a nice addition. Helped me relax that much more.

I needed a hotel close to Farnborough Exhibition Centre and this one fitted the bill perfectly. Although the exterior of the hotel was a bit 'tired', once inside, the hotel was spotless and modern. From the on-duty receptionist to the ladies supervising the breakfast, all the staff were first class.
