Good location for short stay at Chester but all I can say is don't stop in room 403 the air con unit kept defaulting back to 24 degrees so could not cool the room down enough so had to turn it of, there was a loud compressor type sound cycling on and off all night from somewhere and must of been been one of the worst nights sleep I had along with the room being to hot and the bathroom extraction not working. Staff were friendly enough but looked understaffed and overworked. Maybe a different experience in a different room but based on my visit I would not return

Stayed here before as it’s a great central location,but not noisy always found clean and friendly staff, if you use pepper street carpark you can also get discount just ask at reception

We stayed overnight at this hotel last weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We also took our puppy with us and I was worried that the dog friendly room may smell but it was immaculate. Really friendly staff! I left a photo of my late dad and the manager Robert promptly posted this to my home. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay it’s the second time we have stayed here and the atmosphere staff and food are great! We bought family this time and it was so lovely we had food and drinks in the bar which was great and we had breakfast which was lovely the staff were happy to help with anything we needed Annie and Danielle were so lovely so thanks for a great stay to all the staff

I have stayed in a few traveloadges now an had some issues but this one was great, the staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is clean, i was concerned at first as my room was situated at the front of the hotel an expected to hear the noise & traffic but not a sound 👌 slept like a baby Special mention to Annie & Julie i think she was the manager(Annie) she was amazing very welcoming Julie took care of us all at breakfast great food an amazing service I will be staying here again

The temperature kept going up to 24 degrees apparently this is an automatic thing, if you don't move for a while it goes back up, which seems stupid for a room people are meant to sleep in. Also loads of noise from a large AC unit above the premium room.we stayed in room 403, which is allegedly a quiet premium room. If you get given that room ask to swap. On the positive, staff are very nice and hotel is well maintained.

我在 104 房间住了 4 晚，没问题。酒店提供酒吧和餐厅服务：第一天晚上我吃了一个汉堡（根本达不到标准）最好的是去100m外的五个家伙那里。除此之外，您距离步行区非常近。隔壁就有一家特易购 (Tesco) 快递。早餐从早上7点开始
没有空调，窗户（坏了）打不开。因为睡不着，所以很早就离开了，在那里又订了几晚，但之后就想找别的地方住。员工很棒，但在炎热的天气里住起来不太舒服。
