Despite being located right outside a train station and in a busy town centre, Travelodge Sittingbourne manages to deliver a stay that is consistently relaxing, calm, and stress-free which is no small achievement. A huge part of this is down to Barbie, who is the main person I interact with during my stays. She truly goes above and beyond while she’s on shift, always making sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease, and she’s a real credit to the hotel. The rest of the team also deserve high praise. All staff, especially the housekeeping team, do an excellent job maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. Rooms are always beautifully presented, clean, tidy, and welcoming. Which makes returning here an easy choice every time. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a convenient central location with a genuinely peaceful and relaxing stay, Travelodge Sittingbourne exceeds expectations. Proof that great service, and great people, make all the difference.

Stayed for 2 nights in January. Parked the car in the multi-storey car park opposite. Only £3 a night when you scan the ticket at reception. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Checked in within 2 minutes and in my room. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Smart TV on the wall. Heated rooms. Tea/coffee available. Unfortunately I left my coat in the bathroom when I left. The hotel contacted me and arranged its safe return. Great location for transport, shopping, bars and restaurants. Couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable nightly rate too.

一间非常简陋的双人房，如果不是浴室太差，住一晚还可以接受。他们给我的浴巾非常破旧，水温很难调节，浴室有些地方需要彻底清洁。一晚的房费相当昂贵，至少我期望的是干净的浴室和质量不错的毛巾。
我们六月份在这里住了一晚，天气非常炎热。空调真是救命稻草，接待团队也非常乐于助人。如果你需要附近住宿，绝对推荐。
地理位置优越，就在锡廷伯恩市中心。酒店员工也非常棒，非常感谢接待员芭比，她无微不至地服务您。期待再次入住，谢谢
