Amazing stay at travelodge mainly thanks to the receptionist Sarah who went above and beyond during our stay . Everything was 10/10 and we will definitely be back, many thanks !

Yassine was very kind and helpfull, he speaks several languages, which makes things easier, thanks to him the booking was very easy, I recommand the stay!!!!

The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station, plenty of places to eat out but the down side for me was, Once you have paid for parking, you are not guaranteed a space if you nip out anywhere, if you lose your space you have to pay AGAIN , in the car park next to the hotel, this is in my opinion wrong, The spaces in the Travelodge Car park must have bay numbers with the Reg plate of the car in that bay, I understand it’s a centre car park but at least keep this car park for paying customers. I will be looking around the area to find a more suitable place with parking as I work late and it’s annoying to arrive back to the hotel and find no spaces that you have paid for. The Hotel itself is very clean and tidy, just like the premier inn but smaller TVs same setup really, No restaurant in the hotel or Bar, staff are very friendly and welcoming, some times they have security onsite not sure why but nice to see that in a hotel in this day and age. Price is cheaper than premier inn but you get more from that hotel like bar restaurant ect, it’s a very nice hotel I have to admit but the down side is the parking, DONT expect to arrive at the hotel after paying online for parking and find a spot available, turn up and if there is one available pay then as you may well lose your money. Great stay at a friendly hotel clean and staff always there to help near to train station and plenty of restaurants a 10 min walk away Debbie very helpful as are all tea. Members we met thankyou wi be back again

Another fantastic & wonderful stay at newport central travelodge. I stay quite regular as a solo female traveller for work & have never had a bad stay. The staff are the most welcoming especially yassine on reception who is so helpful. The hotel manager Deb is very kind & accommodating on every stay at the hotel. Great beds , super comfy pillows & the cleaning staff are absolutely spot on with there cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you for another great stay.

What a lovely hotel, manager debbie went above and beyond for us when we stayed as a family the cleaners also work hard and will help if needed the hotel is also lovely and clean will be back in the future thankyou for making me and my family feel welcome
