First class service from checking in until departure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were very well appointed with comfortable bed and pillows. Room was spotlessly clean with free tea and coffee which was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend Travel Lodge Hexham which was very central with free parking. We will definitely be back.

The last time I stayed at a Travelodge was about fifty years ago. It was pretty awful! HOW RHINGS HAVE CHANGED? Everything was excellent. The hotel was especially good for people with limited mobility. From now on Travelodge will be my first choice when one is available in the area we’re visiting. Well done to all the staff at this location.

Stayed here overnight for the third time and would highly recommend. Super clean, great location and lots of parking directly in front of the hotel which is free. Walking distance to all of hexham’s amenities and polite, friendly staff with a hassle free check in and late check out. If staying in hexham, this place is a great choice!

One night stay. Delighted with the welcome and quality of the room. Clean, modern. Walkable to the town and the Station. Lovely views from the third floor. Did not take breakfast, preferring to walk to town. Close to many supermarkets... Would stay again without hesitation...

Myself and my partner recently stayed here on a last minute night away. From start to finish every interaction with the staff was outstanding. They were friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. They signposted facilities, breakfast, check in and check out fantastically. I can't praise the staff more!! We also had breakfast in the morning which was delicious and we were even more pleased to find out this was served from 7am, we were walking part of Hadrian's wall that day and planning it around bus times, this worked perfectly with our plans and it was available right on time all fresh and warm. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely warm welcome from the girls on duty at reception, friendly, helpful, chatty. Clean, warm reception area. Room was perfect, warm, clean, comfortable, quiet & obviously has recently been decorated & updated, impressed. I look forward to my next stay here & have already recommended to family & friends. Great value hotel. Clean, comfortable and very well situated close to the train station. It's a five minute walk into Hexham town centre. We always stay here when we visit Hexham.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of parking available with plenty of shopping facilities near by. The town centre is just a short walk away which was very plesent. Will definitely be staying there again later in the year.

Great location, walking distance to the middle of Hexham, parking is free, easy and plentiful. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but it looked busy and seemed to have a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was large, very clean and very quiet, had all we needed for our stay, even managed to borrow a hair drier. I thought the 2 night stay was value for money considering location, room size and facilities available. Staff were awesome, couldn’t do enough for us and were very accommodating.
