we were looked after by Pam and her colleague Fruzsina who were very professional and very welcoming on our arrival. The check-in process went extremely smoothly. We were also very happy with the room that we had (a super room) which was warm and quiet and very clean and well prepared.

What an amazing stay! The place is spotlessly clean, food yummy, lots of parking and atmosphere. The customer service from Julie from the minute we walked in was fantastic she couldn’t do enough for us! She was literally here, there and everywhere but so super friendly and always had a smile on her face. Absolutely excellent customer service!!! I normally don’t stay in Travel lodges as I haven’t always had the best experiences however after the experience I have accounted with Julie and pashk I will definitely book another travel lodge and we will be back to this one in particular next year to visit Bicester village.

Treated by my other half for a birthday weekend away, Jack the manager checked me in and made sure we had everything we needed and let us know we needed to get to the bar before happy hour finished. Julie took my order and was pleasently suprised by the food offering. The room was immaculate. Thank you we will be back.

I stay here often, with my children, they always love it, especially the breakfast, which is great value when the kids eat for £1 when I pay for my breakfast

Well Met at Reception. Efficient Lifts. Lovely Quiet Room. Clean and very soon warmed up after arrival. Easy to Park and lots of services just outside the Hotel. Room Serviced efficiently too.

Hotel is large with the capability of being neglected or cleanliness falling down as not many staff but my experience was that staff were lovely especially Julie and fruzsina at the reception and bar.. kerry was a new starter and was really lovely also.. the hotel is professionally run and clean tidy rooms. Breakfast is fresh and tasty.

Come to Faringdon travelodge for a small shopping trip. Me and my husband received a lovely warm welcome from Julie and Frusina on the reception decks. Both ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, we had food from the bar which was beautiful and not to badly priced. Altogether our stay was fantastic and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you.
