My work has led to me staying in a lot of hotels and this one is a favourite. The team are welcoming and friendly, Julie and Fruzsina went out of their way to help. Always nice to have a stress free evening when working away from home.

This has been a great experience! I have been really impressed with everything. Staff are lovely, room has everything I need (apart from a loo brush), top up of tea tray towels etc when ever you like. Restaurant great - particularly the breakfast. Great flat white! Good location with a Waitrose, Aldi, Home Bargains and Costa. Easy access from the A420. What’s not to love?

I am registered disabled and have a few health issues so I booked an accessable room not realising it didnt have a bath, I asked if I could change to a room with a bath and was told no even though I explained I have balance issues and can not use a shower, I was told only family rooms have baths and I couldn’t change my room. The sink was so low I had issues using it as I can’t bend over, The room was short of towels as well, my husband had to ask for another set. The bed linen has been washed in a very overpowering laundry detergent and the duvet and sheet made me itch and the smell was so overpowering I couldn’t breath, I had to open the window and then the noise from the road kept me awake as well, I ended up sleeping on my towel and using my husband towel to cover me, I def wouldn’t recommend if you are prone to allergies or have issues with strong smells. As a disabled person who was not using a wheelchair or has health issues I would not recommend booking an accessible room if you require a bath rather than a shower, the receptionist refused to change my room and made no reasonable adjustment to make my stay any better for me.

We use this Travelodge, as well as other family members, to visit local family. It is easy to find, well maintained, great staff, clean, budget friendly & conveniently located. We always have breakfast & dinner here. Happy Hour is 5-7pm with excellent selection. Always deals on food. Good selection of food & drink. Room is always clean & well stocked. This Travelodge is located above a home bargains & opposite an Aldi & Waitrose. We went to home bargains & got lots of silly cheap family entertainment which made our stay more fun. Aldi & Waitrose are great for packing snacks & water for a day trip. Located near so many great Cotswolds villages, wildlife park, Blenheim Palace, national trusts, the list is endless. And if Julie is on reception desk - she is excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable & remembers a face!

I have stayed in many travelodge hotels over the last 13 years, and this has to be hands down the finest one, clean, organised, friendly and food was perfect. Much thanks to Pam, Fruzsina, Julie and Keri the team there are above and beyond what you would expect and credit to the whole staff for this has to be the best travelodge in the UK.

This was an excellent location for the purpose of my trip, excellent parking facilities, Julie greeted me on arrival end explained the layout, ie what to expect, she was very polite, friendly and professional, she maintained that professional approach throughout my stay, including during evening meal time when it was very busy. The room was very clean and well prepared. On request of an hairdryer, again Julie worked her magic with a smile. Pash was cooking meals and as mentioned the restaurant was very busy and the food was good. Excellent value for money. I will return.

we were looked after by Pam and her colleague Fruzsina who were very professional and very welcoming on our arrival. The check-in process went extremely smoothly. We were also very happy with the room that we had (a super room) which was warm and quiet and very clean and well prepared.
