My flight was delayed and when I tried calling them to let them know which I called several times with no answer then when I showed up next day they canceled my room for the week. He said he would refund me but now is fighting me on it.. Poor customer service…

Photos of room on website were nicer than in person. One level above a Motel 6. The room was clean. Staff was pleasant. I requested housekeeping for entire stay. I came back to room one day to fresh towels, trash removed but beds still unmade. The next day housekeeping did better. Upon arrival I requested a luggage rack but front desk said they didn't have one.
Its a very basic no frills room, no comfortable furniture to sit on except for bed. On the last night a urine smell seemed to be coming out of the air conditioner and permeating the room. Im glad I had some air freshener with me. The IHOP attached to hotel had decent food but service was lousy.

For the money, this is a great little motel,, excellent location for the traveler using I 95. Clean, great pillows, close to eating and shopping

Hotel was just ok. It is by a loud busy road and my room door was 3-4 feet away from where guests park their vehicles. I could hear the vehicles late at night and early in the morning. I would not stay here again.

It was clean room with comfortable bedding and overall had everything that was needed. Front desk was nice and friendly as well.

客户服务太差了。不承认携程订单里承诺的设施或服务。一点都不值得入住。
