I had done my booking with them on the basis of strong recommendations from friends. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking because of some family emergency. Even though they were not required to refund my booking amount, but they were very sympathetic with my situation and refunded the entire amount. Very rare to find such people these days. My best wishes to them and look forward to staying with them in near future.

Rooms are clumsy, old. Not value for money, very high noise. It is worst in cleanliness, you will find hair all over carpets.

Old world charm, central location, redone interiors, good food and helpful staff. Nandan Hotel has been a childhood favourite and have memories of visiting this place with family and enjoying the food. Some of the old staff members still work here.

I found the location in the heart of the city, The staff was very cooperative The food was good but as per menu drinks are a little expensive.overall good place to stay,since the hospitality of all is excellent
