The hotel was great! However our tub didn’t drain so the second person was unable to shower. The front desk was very nice and promised to have it fixed for the next guests. The beds were too firm for my liking but others found them comfortable. Overall it was a great stay

We loved our stay here. I had a change in business and need to check in earlier and easier granted the access to work on a project and finished before 4pm. The hotel is nice, clean and homey. Not new but very comfortable. I’m for sure booking here on my next business trip in the area.

Check in was incredibly easy and the staff member at the front desk (wish I could recall his name) was super organized and friendly. Hotel is in excellent condition with beautiful lobby and pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would recommend staying here if you are in that area.

Overnight stay with my daughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and very refreshing. Would definitely stay again 😊

the breakfast food was good
the bathroom lite didn't work and was told maintain wouldn't be in till morning. Dark shower? After playing with the fixture the lite came on,
Curtains didn't close all the way and little pillows were uncomfortable

Overall, the place is a bit on the worn out and grungy side.

Poor service
The hotel was fine. We've stayed here several times, but this time service wasn't great. There was a group staying here for a wedding in town that really crowded the breakfast area that was already too tiny. We didn't see any employees checking on the area til we were about to leave. At that point most of the food was depleted and people were scrounging to find something to eat or someone to help them. There were zero cups and everyone had to go around the corner to the coffee zone and steal them from there. Plus, the trash was overfilled and couldn't be closed anymore. When we went to checkout, noone was at the desk. We were about to go load the car and come back when the food area girl came out behind the desk and got the front desk employee. These morning situations really tainted the rest of the experience. Hopefully this was a fluke and things will be better next time. I also didn't like the shower area. At 5'4" I could almost see over the shower curtain and it was super narrow. We weren't provided any lotion, so that's something to be aware of. I could hear the frogs outside very clearly, but they do eventually stop. Luckily, I wasn't able to hear anyone in the hallways or from the other rooms around us.
