The view of the water was beautiful and a short walk to Ropewalk restaurant was convenient. Hotel was clea, updated, and the staff was friendly

My husband were here for a two night stay and we have stayed here previously. We really like the location and the easy walk into town. It's close to a fun outdoor tiki bar, several restaurants, and many cute shops with lots of things by local artists. Our large room was very, very clean and comfortable. The reason I gave it only 4 stars for staff is that when we checked out in the morning, the staff on duty did not acknowledge us at all and we were turning in the key at the counter - face to face! No good morning or smile or anything. There was a personable young guy that checked us in and if it had only been him, I would have given 5 stars for staff. Other staff we passed during out stay were also friendly.

What an amazing experience for my family. The BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. Very clean, everyone was so friendly, helpful and treated you like family. Bob one of the employees was incredible that stood out amongst the others. He would open your door if your hands were full, he was always seen cleaning something and never did I see him standing still. He created genuine conversations while working hard to accommodate the guests , keep the property clean and someone always in sight to ask any questions you have. Overall the staff is a 5 Star and Bob is 10 Stars if that was a thing. Thank you for a great and memorable vacation!

Nice and clean room, hotel is close to food and water. AC a little noisy. Staff very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Good wifi. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!

We were greeted immediately upon entering the hotel. The first thing I noticed was the walkway entrance was spotless. We noticed it was hosed down and scrubbed each morning. What a difference it makes. At any time of day, the receptionist at the front counter greeted us. All too often in the past, the hotel employees AT OTHER HOTELS acted as if it’s a bother to hand you another towel, to answer a question, or to even say hello.
The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast offered was filled with many choices. The indoor pool was clean. The walkway deck outside facing the water was very clean and offered a relaxing view.
It’s been a long time since the family has stayed in a hotel where the price, cleanliness, receptionist, and accommodations were all top-notch. This place fit the bill!
