Only minor things I would suggest be paid attention to are refilling the containers in the shower- went to wash my hair and the shampoo was empty! Lots of fingerprints everywhere and even handprints on the headboard of one of the beds…. Ick. I used a towel to wipe that off. I’ve stayed here before and will again.

Only one nice staff at desk while None of the room door locks worked so she had to walk to every room to master key in to rooms. My last stay the tv's didnt work so big problems with this property and terrible proprieter

As an avid traveler, I’ve stayed at many hotels, but unfortunately, Home2 Suites left my family and me disappointed. At first glance, the room seemed tidy. There were fresh towels, and beds were made. Yet, when we lay on the bed, the pillows smelled unpleasant, as if the pillowcases hadn’t been changed, it was the smell of head sweat and drool. We ended up checking each one, because there was no way, it was horrible! After calling the front desk, we were given replacements, but the experience left a very negative impression.

When we first complained about the pillows, the front desk offered to send maintenance to re-clean the room. At that point, we declined because we only wanted fresh pillows, but had we known the rest of the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we may have considered it.

The shower had not been properly cleaned, there was dirt on the wall, hair, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area, including inside the microwave and fridge. Utensils were left wet in the dishwasher, and some still had food stuck on them. The desk and countertops had smudges on them, and the bathroom floor was sticky.

We thought about leaving for another hotel, but after a 10-hour drive, it was late and we were too exhausted to move.

On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, overall, the cleanliness issues made for a disappointing stay.

Comfy stay. We were swayed to stay here by the pool, but the water didn’t seem to be that fresh/clean. Our room also did not have conditioner in the shower which was necessary after the pool. The breakfast kind of made up for it with the waffle maker!

I reserved 2 rooms. 1 room air stopped working in the early hours of the morning. Also the girl working that night gave us dirty and damp towels to use. She wasn’t helpful or friendly. The breakfast was not good. They didn’t have everything out and available for us. The worst experience ever and one of the elevators stopped working also the girl lied and said my rooms were side by side but they were not.

Never Again!!!

We traveled 10 hours to attend an affair. We arrived at 1:30 n needed to shower n change. We were told bluntly that we had to wait until 3pm n no rooms were available. However a member of the staff quietly told us there were rooms. Our group of 4 had to use a single bathroom ( lacking toilet paper) to prepare.

NEVER before have i been denied early check in when rooms are available. We will NEVER book with you again.

However on Sunday the front desk gentleman was very helpful while working the front desk n managing tbe breakfast buffet ALONE! Kudos to him.

Great place to stay

Hotel was great rooms were big and clean breakfast was ok staff was friendly the only true complaint I would have is the amount of chemicals/chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes and damaged my girls hair pretty significantly.
