This is a beautiful hotel but the breakfast is continental and brought to your room. Other than that it's great.

The ‘cosy’ room had everything we needed. The issue was you couldn’t walk around the bed. My husband couldn’t get up from his side of the bed without climbing across it (and me). This was an issue in the night and caused poor sleep for us both.
The location of the hotel was great for the city centre but we wouldn’t stay again. We were happy with ‘cosy’ but not having room to walk around the bed is poor.

Room and hotel generally was pretty nice. Unfortunately on arrival, the lift was out of order and the bar closed due to a private event. The room was nice and very clean but the shower thermostat was broken so unless you had asbestos skin you couldn't have a shower. Told reception and all i got was... oh sorry about that!

The hotel is conveniently located and is very pretty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel and room was very nice. Overall I liked the room but there were a few small things that made it Good rather than Excellent. There were issues with the lift not working. The area outside is very busy and loud on the weekends late into the early am hours. Not the hotel's fault but you could hear a lot of people yelling and partying. The water didn't remain very hot while taking a shower. The lights were pretty but the switches were a pain to operate if you only wanted certain lights on or off. I would stay again but just be aware of some of the issues.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, hotel clean and in a good location, we had a king size duplex room, extremely comfortable and clean, steps upto to bedroom would be tricky if you have mobility issues, breakfast was continental as the restaurant was closed

酒店装修得很漂亮，服务也无可挑剔。押金退还得非常迅速，这点让人惊喜。我喝了两瓶水，但押金却没有扣除，这真是意外的福利。不过，酒店设施方面有几点可以改进。蓝色的床旗质量不太好，会掉毛粘到床单上。酒店应该更注重房间用品如床品和毛巾的细节。另外，冰箱里有些饮料需要开瓶器，但我找遍了房间工具都没找到。祝酒店生意兴隆，越办越好。
