Staff extremely friendly and helpful, hotel clean and in a good location, we had a king size duplex room, extremely comfortable and clean, steps upto to bedroom would be tricky if you have mobility issues, breakfast was continental as the restaurant was closed

Well presented property, great location in the centre. I’ve done 9 hotels in the past month for work and this was the most comfortable bed. The cozy room was ideal for solo travellers. Good WiFi with no messing around for business calls. Nice shower, although a bit hard to get the temperature down enough. Espresso in the room was very fresh and a very, very welcome touch. Complimentary white wine on check in was an excellent glass, and the bar looked nice but didn’t use it. Elevator has a mind of its own. Hallway was a bit noisy as my room was immediately opposite the elevator. I doubt highly there wasn’t a room upgrade available (as a higher tier ******* member), as it was quiet and they were sending me offers, but the room I booked I was happy with. Some noise outside the window at night. On balance though overall - I stay in a lot of hotels for work, this one was excellent and would stay again.

Hotel Ok - basic - expensive for what it is.
The breakfast was paid for in advance / went down the next morning and was told I hadn’t paid for it. Some digging later I was offered a continental breakfast in the room. It what I wanted or expected. Was told the manager would call me to sort refund out for the £14 paid but never received a call.

酒店装修得很漂亮，服务也无可挑剔。押金退还得非常迅速，这点让人惊喜。我喝了两瓶水，但押金却没有扣除，这真是意外的福利。不过，酒店设施方面有几点可以改进。蓝色的床旗质量不太好，会掉毛粘到床单上。酒店应该更注重房间用品如床品和毛巾的细节。另外，冰箱里有些饮料需要开瓶器，但我找遍了房间工具都没找到。祝酒店生意兴隆，越办越好。

曼彻斯特市中心一家很棒的精品酒店。晚上很吵，影响了我一段时间的睡眠。淋浴间的密封不好，导致浴室很湿。卫生纸很简陋，建议买一卷质量好的卫生纸。
