We booked this hotel for a 3 night stay in Hoi An. Upon our arrival the room looked good and it was comfy and clean. The staff were helpful with getting us checked in and showing us to our room/switching the air con on for us. They were attentive and friendly as we were coming and going also. However on our third night we discovered a small infestation of small ants all over the floor of our room and in one of our luggages in all of the clothes. Upon reporting it to the staff at the front desk they seemed irritated and brought some bug spray up, sprayed a few corners of the room and went to leave again. They were very hesitant to give us a new room when asked (they were crawling everywhere) and said they were fully booked. I asked again and said we would be going elsewhere and they found us another room. We arrived at the new room and went out only to come back to find more ants in the new room, this time in the bed and all over the side tables and a lizard in the bathroom (this was all away from the luggage that had been infested, which had been thoroughly de-anted with raid and shaking outside before entering the new room and sealed in the corner). At this point we decided to cut our losses and found somewhere elsewhere to stay. For the most part this stay was enjoyable and the pool was very nice, and the rooms were clean.
