Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. Even though it’s close to the freeway, the room was very quiet. Kudos to good soundproofing.

Very comfortable stay for a business overnight. I have more often had an extended stay at a Home 2 Suites but even for a one night stay it exceeded the neighboring Hampton Inn on price and accomodations. The late night ice cream bar was first rate!

房间很大很舒服
工作人员非常友善，地理位置很好，离哪里都近。房间很棒，宽敞舒适，设施齐全。早餐10分！选择多，味道也很好。我只有一个小建议，就是泳池太小了，需要更多的躺椅，也希望能更干净些。除此之外，这是一家很不错的酒店。
办理入住时，客服人员告诉我价格和押金是多少，今天我的卡上却额外扣了一笔宠物费。他们对我进行了“诱饵和调换”。这跟客服人员告诉我的完全不一样，管理人员既不热情也不友好，态度也很粗鲁。她甚至都没跟客服人员说一句话，只是给我找借口，解释事情的来龙去脉。我告诉她事情的经过，但她根本不听。住在那里要小心，他们会在你离开后给你换一些不该换的东西，而且还扣你的钱，因为你是外地人，没法过来修。骗子
房间完美，舒适又干净。员工热情友好。早餐美味可口。地理位置也恰到好处。我对这次入住体验非常满意。

我们的房间很棒；干净、宽敞、安静，设施齐全。床很舒服，床单也很漂亮。
浴室的天花板剥落了，一楼的电梯按钮被胶带粘住了。出口处有一个插槽，上面清楚地标明可以插入出门卡，但结果发现实际上需要用扫描仪扫描。考虑到酒店的价格，这些小问题出乎意料。
酒店很新很干净，但我们楼上有人从凌晨12点到4点不停地吵闹。我打电话给前台，被告知会处理，但问题一直没有解决。早上我告诉前台，我们不喜欢被吵醒，因为我们那天要开车13个小时。前台只说我会在档案里做个记录。我一点也不抱歉。我觉得这件事应该处理得更好。
所以，如果你不在顶楼，请做好听到楼上客人吵闹的准备。
