Hotel is in great condition. Room was fresh and clean. Wonderful breakfast offerings.

Parking was sufficient, and the property and room was clean. However, the grounds around the other nearby hotels and the abandoned buildings behind your property is unsightly. Additionally, if check-in is at 3:00, new check-ins shouldn’t be expected to wait 10+ minutes at the front desk for someone to come and check them in.

We had freezing cold shower water. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to let it run for 15 minutes. I informed them my spouse had already taken a shower and the water was still freezing. They offered me the equivalent of $15 in HH Honors points. So my kids and I had to take cold showers hoping the water would eventually warm up, and it never did. I was not satisfied with $15 worth of HHHonors points and it also STILL has not shown up on my account. In fact, it somehow shows I earned 0 points for my entire stay, which is garbage. We had already booked the hotel for the return and I couldn’t cancel it so I called the front desk on Tuesday to discuss the issue I had with the cold water further, and the lady I spoke with acted like the people who work on the weekends don’t know what they’re doing, and proceeded to tell me that one side of the hotel just always has issues with hot water. I’m sorry, but what?!? Like it’s just okay for a Hilton owned hotel to have no warm water? The nonchalantness of the staff about this issue is concerning at best. I was assured that I would be put in a first floor room on the side of the hotel that “doesn’t have issues with hot water” because I have little children, and was told the room was booked. I call on Friday to double check we are good to go and they had not, in fact booked the room for me at all but just wrote “notes in their book”. I’ll never stay here again and don’t recommend.

The water was freezing cold in the shower even after my spouse took a full 15 minute shower and I was told by the front desk that it may “take a few minutes” to get hot. I explained that my spouse had already taken a shower and it was cold still after 15 min. I was offered the equivalent of a $15 credit in points which is simply unacceptable. We have two young kids who needed to bathe and couldn’t. We really would like to be refunded for the night. We also have a planned stay we had booked in advanced and I’d love to cancel it but cannot and now I have to worry if there will be hot water, which should never be a concern at a Hilton owned hotel property.

There was a water pipe break and there was no water in the morning to shower or brush teeth. I was traveling with 4 women. Not a fun experience

I liked the room in general and there pretty much nothing I hated. Only thing that did bug me was that the wifi went out a couple times. But overall a great place!
