The room was not clean, the carpet was so dirty, that my child’s knees and feet were black from him crawling on it, the maintenance guy was smoking in the room that was a non smoking room as we were walking into our room we had just checked in, the front desk lady sprayed something in there after I told her it wasn’t us smoking, and our car door got dinged and scratched. The only good thing was the AC worked very good stay cold, but other than that it wasn’t good.

Unfortunately Won’t Stay Again
Good: Comfortable and clean bed. The fridge and coffee maker worked, as did the tv. It did smell clean in there. The front desk was VERY friendly and kind.
Bad: Our room phone did not even though it was plugged in. We did have to plug in two of the lamps when we got in there. There were cobwebs in the corners and stink bugs in the room. The towels and washcloths had stains on them. There was a “local stray cat” outside that someone had thrown food all over the concrete floor to eat. I love animals but I don’t enjoy walking all over food to get into my hotel room. The floors were not swept. There was someone blaring bass music until 11 pm outside our music the first night.

When we got there it was good but when I went to take a shower the shower handle came off, and it was a roach in the bathroom. But over all it was a great place.

酒店网站上的信息严重失实。我预订了一间特大号吸烟房，酒店说包含免费早餐。一开始，我们不得不开车绕了大约15分钟才找到，因为房间标识不清晰。前台的工作人员非常粗鲁。他跟我争论房间的问题。他说我预订的是无烟房，我告诉他我预订的是吸烟房。我们反复争论，最后我不得不给他看确认邮件，邮件上显示我预订的是吸烟房。他却说我们没有吸烟房。我们问他早餐几点开始，他说我们这里不提供早餐。我们终于到了房间，却发现没有人开空调，房间里非常闷热，而且气味难闻。我们起床去洗手间时还看到一堆蟑螂。如果不是因为一整天的旅行太累，我们早就离开酒店，去找别的地方住。我不会推荐任何人住在那里。我们经常旅行，而这家酒店是我们迄今为止住过的最糟糕的酒店。
发霉的储藏室，里面有床和电视。
糟糕透了。首先扑面而来的就是房间里潮湿发霉的气味。房间看起来像是用来储藏的，角落里堆满了旧椅子和灯。房间里还放着几箱烟雾报警器和一个梯子。马桶的螺栓松动地固定在浴室地板上。我11点30分入住，7点就能退房。如果不是太累的话，我早就要求退款，换个房间了。
