Walked into a double bed room (TWO BEDS & UP TO 4 PPL) a found 2 and a half pillows. Literally, 2 regular pillows and a small square (couch) pillow inside of a regular sized pillow case. There were black stains on the walls and grease stains (also on the walls) near the stove. Got there late so we went straight to sleep. Woke up to make breakfast and out came the cockroaches! Threw EVERYTHING away and left! Worst part (sort of), there was no one to make a complaint to, NO ONE EVEN WORKS THERE!

位置很好。
这里非常安静，干净，街对面有一个购物中心，酒店旁边还有不错的餐饮场所。
地理位置优越。
一切都是自助的，并不是豪华酒店，只是一个睡觉的好地方。
住宿体验不错
房间不错，非常干净。我喜欢全尺寸冰箱、微波炉和台面内置炉灶。还有大量的储物空间，房间本身也很宽敞。这里人也不多，可能是因为我周日预订的。位置不错，靠近 Fairlane 购物中心和几家餐厅，可直接通往 Southfield 高速公路。
一楼的房间。我们听到每扇门都砰地关上，包括车门。晚上没有服务，桌子上也没有张贴关门时间。没有干净的毛巾。房间里没有肥皂。厨房没有餐具或其他基本的厨房用品，毫无用处。我们旁边的房间一直响到午夜之后。没有人可以告诉这个问题。长期住户不应该和客人住在同一层楼，走廊里总是弥漫着做饭的臭味。
我很不高兴，都 2025 年了，房间里竟然没有肥皂、洗发水、润肤露或简单的吹风机。我什么都没带，因为我住过的每个酒店房间都有这些东西。
晚上有很多聚会和噪音，根本没法睡觉。他们把我们换到了远离噪音的另一个房间，但那个房间没有暖气，我们报告了 3 次，但没人理会。再也不会预订这家酒店了。
打开门，我们发现房间里有一位女性。
当我们来到给我们的房间时，我们发现里面住着一位女性。
一楼有楼梯，看起来不太好。隔音不是很好，所以如果对噪音敏感的话，建议要求3楼。位置部分非常好。
