Hotel staff are not co operative.
We many times request them for partial booking due to war situation.
When ever we call MMT to resolve this issue,every time they said hotel are not allowing for partial booking.

I stayed here and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the location was very convenient—close to Haridwar Railway Station—and the staff was polite and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
酒店地理位置便利，就在主要的酒店区，早上门前总停着许多人力车。早餐和晚餐都可以送餐到房间。酒店五楼的露台或客房都可以享用早、中、晚餐，这里提供各种小吃、饮品和咖喱等，价格也很合理。露台的景色非常棒。前台服务周到，可以满足各种需求。
房间装修时尚，性价比很高，强烈推荐。因为价格没差多少，我订了更大的房间。房间里还有个咖啡区，非常舒适惬意。
我作为一名来自日本的独行旅客住在这里。房间又大又干净，工作人员非常友善。晚饭后，我说菜很好吃，但有点辣，他们就给了我一些糖。
你可以在干净的阳台上享用美食，那里的景色非常棒。
当然，有干净的洗手间和热水淋浴。

酒店状况明显不佳，而且隔壁的建筑施工噪音很大。酒店包含早餐，但质量一般。
