Gave us used room, not clean, checking out was full of hassle. Taking benefit of maha kumbh. It is more of a Dharmashala not a hotel.

The stay was good. Checkin was efficient. The room 306 was clean, Functional. Location of hotel is convinient.
Wardrobe had a handle broken and bathroom latch needed repair.
What was a bit disappointing was the room was a box with no open windows. So seemed claustrophobic with no fresh air circulation mechanism.
We did not have any meal at the hotel so can't comment on the food.
Staff was courteous

It was heavily overpriced (although we stayed during Kumbh Mela time, so such a hike was expected).
We stayed at a Deluxe room, no. 304. Room was pretty small, toilet latch was not working, lots of mosquitoes. This room had two single beds joined together, although MMT booking offered queen bed. This particular room lacked ventilation and external light as well as view, although other rooms in hotel are better than this room. Breakfast spread was very limited. Food hugely overpriced and taste was so-so.
This particular room didn't have a phone either.
Good things are: location was good. Staffs are polite, helpful and accommodative. Restaurant service available throughout the day until 11pm. Room service was good.
On a final note: This is more of a B and B type hotel. Can stay if price is reasonable during non-Kumbh time.

Location is excellent, food is good , we reached at 2 pm and our room was not ready so they did the best they could . Overall good and staff is polite
