Really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites, Wisconsin Dells!! Everything was great, and Jan was the best in all areas!!

We had booked our room months ago and when we got to Fairfield Inn by Marriot, we were told the only King room they had left had a broken tv and wanted us to take it. They then offered an upgrade to the Springfield Suites next door and we took the upgrade to a king suite. It seemed like we were put in an overflow room. Seemed clean except for the bathroom. Ceiling above shower had alot of mold. Shower pan on outside cracked and very moldy. Showerhead full of pink gunk looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise inside of shower appeared clean. Also we were told the room would be cleaned on day 3 and it wasnt cleaned. We had to get some towels ourselves as the original towels were thin and stained and holes. We asked for more towels from housekeeping and those were nice and fluffy and clean. Nothing like was left in our room. I wouldn't say it was an awful stay but I had a hard time with the shower. Marriot usually has better standards than that as I have stayed in several. The lady at front desk when we checked out was kind and professional.
房间不错，价格横向比较也不算贵，位置离芝加哥不远，很适合自驾途中休息，酒店比较安静，早餐还行有蛋白质补充。
房间又新又好，但半夜居然有个陌生男人敲门，问一些奇怪的问题。肯定是个人信息泄露了，以后不会再选这家了！
入住体验很好
我们预订的是特大床房，结果被安排到了一个双皇后房。我们去前台询问，被告知房间已满，所以我们只能待在双皇后房。打开电视，发现没有声音。我们去吃晚饭的时候，他们过来“修理”了，回来后还是没有声音。我男朋友下楼后，他们晚上才把我们换到特大床房。早餐种类很杂乱。百吉饼没有奶油奶酪。华夫饼和香肠没有鸡蛋。烤面包机也烤不了面包。绝对不会再来了。
显老
前台的女士很友善，但大楼内部确实显老了。首先是电梯。地板脏兮兮的，急需吸尘。大厅的地板也需要吸尘。说实话，房间还好，只是淋浴间里有头发，而且没有电视遥控器。
电梯和大厅里的地毯都没有吸尘，暖气不工作，电视不工作——不得不换房间，停车场结冰，没有看到有人打扫主要区域——车库里放着桌子，酒店的侧门整晚都没有上锁，任何人都可以轻松进入酒店。
床单很脏，房间马桶冲不了水。房间里还有怪味。而且房间内部也不太干净。
