The room was immaculate! The cleaning staff was super efficient and helpful. Raul, the Manager of the place really knew his stuff! He was friendly, kind and helpful, making our trip wonderful, as i couldn't possibly think of anything else could he could have done. 10 out of 10! Thank you 😊

Room was dirty, paint peeling on walls, bed covers stained and dirty. Two of us had bites on our face after sleeping in the bed.

Raul the manager needs to get his information right when someone leaves a review n he doesnt like it so he can CALL THE RIGHT PERSON N SCREAM AT THEM INSTEED OF CALLING THAT WRONG PRSON AT HOME. AND DO I NEED TO SAY THE PLACE HAS BEDBUGS N DIRTY ROOM
