Very poor rooms and conditions. No running hot water.. I don't think it's a 4* category. Have complained so.many times to the room service. But no one had sorted the issue. Will never recommend. Restaurant staff really good.

This is a very nice hotel stay for family. Rooms are clean. Hospitality is very good and food is also very good. Overall a nice experience with family. Recommended for your trip to Indore. Vallet parking is available at hotel and Mishraji is very helpful in nature. Front desk person Sunil is very polite.
